Villa Pales is an exclusive villa with swimming pool situated near Licata, ancient port town in the south of Sicily, 40 km away from Agrigento. Set in a quiet residential area, the villa enjoys an enviable location just a short walk from the lovely sandy beach of Marianello, which is only 350 metres away.

Surrounded by a luxuriant, well-kept garden, Villa Pales boasts a beautiful saltwater pool and spacious terraces with garden furniture offering enchanting sea views. Spread over two floors, the villa cosy, tastefully furnished interiors are equipped with Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, satellite receiver, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher.

On the ground floor is the sleeping area with three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms and a sitting room. On the first floor, accessible also from outside, are an elegant living room with fireplace and a bright, well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the large panoramic terrace through wide glass windows. The villa location, besides being practical for reaching the beach on foot, is ideal for exploring the area and the towns of Agrigento with the majestic Valley of the Temples, Realmonte’s Scala dei Turchi, Sciacca, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, Modica and Ragusa.

Deposit amounting to 30% of the total price to pay within 3 days of confirmation from us. The remaining 70% must be paid 45 days before the beginning of your holiday.
