Villa Maya is an exclusive villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position in Marina di Modica, a small seaside resort on the southern coast of Sicily. Surrounded by a luxuriant garden, this prestigious property boasts large, well equipped terraces with panoramic sea views. Furnished in contemporary style, the comfortable interior of the villa is equally welcoming and divided into two buildings overlooking the large swimming pool.

It includes nine air-conditioned bedrooms, eight luxurious bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and a lounge, which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. The villa also has an exclusive fitness area and a number of other amenities, such as A/C, heating, computer work station with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher and safe.

This amazing, dream villa, ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, is located just a few kilometres from the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also from Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

Deposit amounting to 30% of the total price to pay within 3 days of confirmation from us. The remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before the beginning of your holiday.
