On the first floor, connected with an internal and an external staircase, are a large, bright living area with a sitting and a dining room, a modern kitchen, a guest bathroom and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The annex includes on the ground floor a living room with kitchenette, a small single bedroom and a bathroom, and on the first floor is the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Exquisitely finished and furnished, these luxurious rooms are equipped with all facilities, such as air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite receiver, 4 TVs, washing machine, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers.

This impressive dream villa is also conveniently located just a few kilometres from the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo and Fontane Bianche, from the enchanting baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile.

Deposit amounting to 30% of the total price to pay within 3 days of confirmation from us. The remaining 70% must be paid 45 days before the beginning of your holiday.
