Villa Camemi is a luxury villa with swimming pool situated near Ribera, 40 km north of Agrigento. A well-kept, lush, Mediterranean style garden encompasses this exclusive property. Set in a splendid panoramic location, it offers charming views over the surrounding landscape and the sea, to enjoy especially from its large, fully equipped terraces and overflow, saltwater pool.

The property, which has undergone recent renovation works, features a welcoming interior furnished with taste and comfort in mind. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, Sonos home audio system, sat-TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Spread over two levels, Camemi includes on the ground floor a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one of which is accessed from outside). On the first floor, also accessible from outside, there is a third bedroom with a panoramic veranda and a bathroom with shower.

Camemi is also an excellent base for exploring the amazing surrounding area. The close beaches of Seccagrande and Eraclea Minoa, the nature reserves of Foce del Fiume Platani and Torre Salsa, the spectacular Realmonte's Scala dei Turchi, the enchanting Valley of the Temples, Sciacca, Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Marsala are a short drive away.
